Sheetz is set to open its first Montgomery County Store on Thursday, February 12th with a grand opening celebration. The store is located at 454 West Ridge Pike in Royersford (Limerick Township).
The store will open for business at 8:00 a.m. and the grand opening event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. All day, the store will offer free self-serve coffee and soda. During the two-hour grand opening, there will be:
- Ribbon cutting at 10:45 a.m. with local officials
- Major giveaways including $250 in Sheetz gift cards and Free Sheetz for a Year (Value of $2,500 in a Sheetz gift card; No purchase is necessary to win, must be present to win and over the age of 18 to enter)
- $2,500 donation and check presentation to Philabundance as part of Sheetz’s Made-to-Share program and the company’s mission to fight hunger in every community it serves
- Sheetz Swag including a branded thermal bag to those who donate a non-perishable food item to Philabundance at the opening (Limit one per customer while supplies last from 9-11 a.m.)
- $2,500 donation and check presentation to Special Olympics of Pennsylvania as part of Sheetz’s 30+ year partnership with the Special Olympics and its commitment to giving back to every community it serves
Sheetz was established in 1952 in Altoona and has become one of America’s fastest-growing family-owned and-operated convenience store chains. The company now has 800 store locations throughout Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio and North Carolina.
