In 2024 and 2025, Federal Donuts & Chicken opened suburban locations in Radnor (Delaware County), Willow Grove, and Conshohocken. All of the locations are now permanently closed, with the recent closure in Conshy.

It still has regular locations in Philadelphia (South Street and the Parkway), Lancaster, Marlton, plus inside the Philadelphia airport, inside the Xfinity Mobile Arena, and inside the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City.
