Al-Sham, which offers a menu of Middle Eastern and American Halal dishes, has opened within the Swede Square Shopping Center in East Norriton.

The restaurant, which got its start in 2011 when Shoron and Moni Khan opened their first restaurant in Northeast Philly, has a grand opening event planned for June 3rd. East Norriton is its 11th location in the region.
