Celebrate Bastille Day at Spring Mill Cafe in Conshohocken

The Spring Mill Cafe in Conshohocken is celebrating Bastille Day on Sunday, July 13th, with a special prix fixe menu offered in addition to its regular Sunday brunch and dinner menus.

Bastille Day, which is celebrated annually on July 14th, is a national holiday in France that remembers the Storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789, which was one of the major events of the French Revolution.

During brunch, guests will enjoy a complimentary glass of Lillet or Pernod.

For dinner, the special Bastille Day prix fixe menu features three courses for $40 and includes Vichyssoise, Tarragon Chicken, and either a cheese plate or one of Spring Mill Cafe’s house-made desserts.

The BYOB was opened by Michele Haines, a native of France, in 1978. Her son, Ezra, now operates the restaurant.
