Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant name new CEO

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, which has two locations in Montgomery County in Huntingdon Valley and North Wales, has announced the appointment of Mark Kirke as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kirke replaces Chris Westcott, who served in the position from October 2021 to August 2024.

As CEO, Kirke will leverage his extensive experience across full-service multi-unit operations and brand building to drive Iron Hill’s continued growth and operational excellence. With a proven track record of prioritizing guest experiences, Kirke’s leadership will refine Iron Hill’s hospitality-centered approach. Kirke will also guide Iron Hill’s strategic initiatives, ensuring the brand’s iconic beers continue to shine alongside creative menu offerings.

Kirke’s impressive tenure with industry giants such as Hillstone, P.F. Chang’s, Artistry Restaurants, and Shrimp Basket showcases his ability to drive guest satisfaction, brand growth, and financial success. Kirke’s career path began at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where he started as a restaurant manager, setting the foundation for his impressive leadership journey.
