Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurants offering new comfort food menu through February 9th

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurants is featuring a new comfort food menu through February 9th. The limited-time-only menu “turns up the volume on classic dishes with amped-up ingredients.” Each comfort dish comes with a side of a suggested beer pairing. Iron Hill has two locations in Montgomery County: North Wales and Huntingdon Valley.

The comfort food menu includes:

Tomato Basil Soup: with sourdough grilled cheese croutons ($4.99 cup, $6.99 bowl)
Pairs well with Vienna Red Lager (pictured left)

Lobster Mac and Cheese: cavatappi, four cheese cream sauce, Pecorino breadcrumbs ($16.99)
Pairs well with Homestead Ale (pictured right)

Short Rib Grilled Cheese: Pig Iron Porter-braised short rib, caramelized onions, sourdough, Swiss, provolone, white cheddar, served with a cup of tomato soup ($15.99)
Pairs well with Pig Iron Porter

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: beer-battered onion rings, mushroom gravy, smashed Yukon gold potatoes, buttered green beans ($18.99)
Pairs well with Vienna Red Lager

Shrimp and Grits: andouille sausage, cheddar grits, tri-colored bell peppers, onions, garlic-Cajun cream sauce, scallions ($21.99)
Pairs well with Philly Phavorite IPA
