The Pennsylvania Liquor Control license database shows a pending transfer of a liquor license from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, which was previously located at 220 North Gulph Road in King of Prussia, to Netflix House, which is slated to open within the former JCPenney’s at the King of Prussia Mall in late 2025.

Netflix House will offer a series of experiences, including a casual restaurant branded NETFLIX BITES, all based on the streamer’s programming.

Since the liquor license is being transferred within Upper Merion Township, no approval is needed at the municipal level.
