Pizza Time/Old Time Saloon in Conshohocken to close for eight month rehab and reopen as new restaurant

Pizza Time/Old Time Saloon in Conshohocken is set to close its doors for a complete rehab to combine the pizzeria and saloon into one modern restaurant space. Gale and Rick Mahoney purchased the business in 2023 and shared some key points about their plan for the future with EatDrinkMontco.com’s sister site, MoreThanTheCurve.com.

The pizzeria and saloon will close on March 30th for approximately eight months. The new restaurant will offer the current Pizza Time menu with expanded options, including some healthier items. The same pizza oven will continue to bake the popular pies. The vibe will be welcoming to the neighborhood and families.

The restaurant will have a dining room and a bar downstairs and a bar and event space upstairs (which can also be used for dining during busier times).

The name will change. The Mahoney’s have narrowed the potential name of the new restaurant to two finalists. The name will be announced in the future.

There will be more when it prepares to reopen.
