Pop’s Steaks has announced it is opening at 101 Fayette Street in Conshohocken. This spot was most recently home to Donut House.

The cheesesteak shop is Nino Cordivari’s second restaurant. The former country club executive chef opened Pop’s Pizzeria in Glen Mills in 2023.

Sister-site MoreThanTheCurve.com spoke with Cordivari about the opening. He shared that he has been eying a spot in Conshohocken in recent years and jumped on the corner spot when it became available. The menu will feature cheesesteaks, along with chicken cheesesteaks, cutlets, cold cut hoagies, and meatballs. Cordivari doesn’t use any seed oils; instead cooks with beef tallow.

Pop’s Steaks is projected to open in September.
