Two of the three restaurants looking to open this year in Conshohocken currently have active listings on online job sites.

The restaurant from Evan Lambert that is opening at 641 Old Elm Street in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) has a listing for a restaurant manager. The last bit of solid reporting we have on this new restaurant is that it got approved for a deck back in 2022. Work is being done on the interior, and trucks have been there almost daily in recent weeks.

The restaurant moving towards opening below The Cigar Republic at 128 Fayette Street in Conshohocken is advertising for multiple back-of-house positions. The job listing describes the restaurant as an “Upscale Modern American Restaurant.” This restaurant is being opened by Demetrios Pappas, who previously owned The Great American Pub in Paoli. We are not sure if partners are involved.

Neither restaurant has made any public announcements on when they will open.


The third restaurant, The Rabbit Hole, is opening at the space that Carol’s Place’s longtime home at 201 West 6th Avenue in Conshohocken. It is targeting April for its opening.
