The Philadelphia Business Journal reported on February 8th that Cherry Hill-based developer Shamikh Kazmi is planning to expand his Yum Grills brand by adding 200 locations mainly in the Greater Philadelphia area, with 15 expected to open within the next four months. One of the planned locations is in Montgomery County at 3201 Ridge Pike in Eagleville.

There is currently a single location in Philadelphia.

Yum Grills offers a menu that includes smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks, chicken wings, tenders, and sides. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a market component to the concept that offers items commonly offered by convenience stores and even fuel (at some locations).

The Eagleville location is a gas station site and will offer fuel.
