The restaurant building at 924 North Bethlehem Pike in Spring House (Lower Gwynedd), which was home to Rich’s Other Place, is for sale or lease. The breakfast-and-lunch restaurant opened in 1994 and closed in 2021.

The building is owned by Richard Rosenau, who owns and operates the long-running Rich’s Deli in Fort Washington.
