The Biscuit Lady in Plymouth Meeting is set to open a second location on Saint Patrick’s Day. Tara Torrence, a Plymouth Meeting resident, initially launched the business in 2022 within a shared spot in Roxborough. By 2024, she needed a bigger space and opened in Plymouth Meeting (and closed the spot in Roxborough). This new location will venture in Chester County, at 39 West Gay Street in West Chester.

The restaurant’s menu menu features buttery homemade biscuits baked fresh every morning, along with other items like breakfast sandwiches (on biscuits of course) and Holy Biscuits, Torrence’s version of a donut. To create the Holy Biscuits, Torrence fries buttermilk biscuits and adds a variety of toppings. There are also house-made jams.
