The property is across the street from the former State Hospital property that is set to be redeveloped with more than 700 homes. It is also very close to Elmwood Park Zoo and on the same block as the successful Von C Brewing.

The building includes a restaurant and bar on the first floor with a full kitchen and ample seating. The second floor has a space for events with its own bar.
